A closely-packed group of short, old, Italian men argue outside a check cashing store.  Dressed in non-descript but dated clothing, they all wear driving caps and thick glasses.  They don’t seem to be waiting, just standing.  Their fervent conversation, with frequent gesticulation, seems not out of the ordinary for them.
